In a ‘Weighted Match’ each priority is weighted, e.g. The best match is a service provider that can deliver:

• ‘Time & Material’ (Mandatory) AND ‘Turnkey’ (Nice to have)
• EUR 20-40 per hour (Nice to have) OR 40-50 (Absolute maximum)
• Operational in Country X (Perfect) OR Country Y (Will do)
• C++ (Mandatory) AND Python (Nice to have)
• Many employees with a Master (mandatory) OR a Ph.d. (preferred)
• etc.

This method is very precise and require many resources on all levels.

4. Why is matchmaking so important?
